Costa innovation team developed a hot lunchtime and breakfast menu to discover the nations appetite for seasonal comfort food.

Created an Autumn campaign testing new hot choices in selected sites as the season changes and guests crave warming comfort food. The campaign launched a nationwide roll-out of Mac & Cheese and Toasties thanks to sales, margins and guest feedback.
